Romance between a girl and a boy

Here's a story about a girl and a boy. Her name was Amelia while the boy's was Lance . Totally different worlds they live in. 

Before starting their life as teenagers, they were in the same primary school. During that time , Amelia had a crush on Lance. But it didn't lasted long because of the school they were going to be attending in the future. Soon then, her crush towards Lance ended as soon as the holiday started.

Soon after the holiday , they began to live in their new teenage life. Discovering new experience as they grow. After two years of enjoying the life as a normal teen. Amelia soon met again her old crush as he was heading downwards the escalator. She was surprised and shocked to meet him in such a place. 

That’s when Amelia soon realizes that she still has hope to chase her long lost crush. As she arrived home, she quickly asked her friend , Cindy , and some other friends who knew Lance’s facebook. She search high and low with her friend Cindy to find Lance’s facebook. 

Without realizing , it was past midnight. Yet still no luck of his facebook. Amelia was disappointed. Before logging out of her facebook, something caught her eye, as she was in her brother’s facebook. 

Apparently , Amelia’s brother , Nicholas, are friends with Lance .  That’s when she soon found out that she finally found Lance’s facebook . She was overjoyed and told her friend Cindy about it. She soon added him as a friend.

While waiting for a response , She was watching her favourite anime show online. Soon then she discovered that Lance already accepted her as a friend and he was available to chat. With all her guts, she soon started the conversation with him. 

He was quite rude. The first time she chatted with him. But that doesn’t concern Amelia at all. She was already fallen for him. And there was nothing her friends can do about.

Lance was quite bossy when he chatted with Amelia. He told her to online when he does. He told her to call him. Amelia just follow orders like a little puppy without questioning or complaining about it. 

One day, Amelia finally confessed to him on MSN. She was hoping for a sweet reply or just a word or so . But instead , Lance asked her why. Why does she like him? Someone who is a jerk? Since when did you like me? 

He never did gave a straight answer about the confession. He avoided the question until one very day. He texted Amelia saying, “I already have a girlfriend , sorry” .  That’s when Amelia just broke down into tears . She just couldn’t believe that someone like him would do something so hurtful.

From that day on, she told herself that one day , She’ll get her revenge. And that day really did happened.

Amelia cut her hair and tried her best to transform herself. With the results, it worked perfectly. She uploaded her new photo on Facebook telling the world that she has changed.

By just minutes, a lot of people including students and classmates can’t believe her new transformation. It really shocked them, especially Lance. Lance was already captivated with her new alluring beauty in the photo. 

Soon then , they started texting again. But this time, he was abit different from before. He was more  polite. But Amelia realizes he was chasing her. But sadly her feelings towards him was no more.

Lance started complimenting her and started calling her dear. Soon then, he confess to her. But with Amelia’s 0% knowledge with rejecting people. Lance misunderstood and thought Amelia accepted him as her boyfriend. That’s when it started to be chaotic. 

How she tried to explain to Lance that they were not dating. But Lance keep insisting that they should be together. Its kinda annoyed Amelia till one day. Amelia finally told him that it was a misunderstanding and she has no feelings towards him. Starting from there. There were no signs of communication between them. 

Amelia and Lance continued their life studying as they were struggling with examinations during their Junior 3 year. One day , Lance finally broke the months of silent treatment . He liked one of Amelia’s love status in facebook. Soon then they were normal friends. 

They started texting each other like normal friends do. They also started to learn about each other. Amelia never lied to Lance about her beliefs in her religion. So did he. He was not racist,  like the other guys in her school who are more racist about Muslims and Malays. This somehow amaze her.

He was also quite supportive of Amelia. When one day Amelia just couldn’t take anymore pressure about her size and personality , he was there to confront her. He is also quite funny at times where Amelia can’t stop smiling while reading the messages he sent her.

 Even though he hasn’t met her face to face for so long.  Lance hasn’t given up about meeting her again. On the other side of the story, Amelia wish that when they do finally meet . She hope that their friendship would still last even though she develop an unrequited love towards him.

This was based on a true story. But I did add a little twist inside about the new transformation thing XD
